Heart Awakening Kirtan
Kirtan, which means “to cut through” in Sanskrit, is a powerful call-and-response chanting experience that quiets the mind, awakens the heart, and brings us into the present through sound and vibration.
No experience is needed—everyone is welcome. And if singing feels out of your comfort zone, you're welcome to simply soak in the mantra vibes.
Early bird pricing until April 20th.

The Reconnect: An afternoon of nature connection, yoga, breathwork and art
An afternoon of connection to body, nature and creativity. We’ll weave together nature connection practice, embodied yoga, breathwork, art and rest (and fireside chats with many snacks). It’ll be spacious, deeply grounding, wildly inspiring and lots of fun. No experience, knowledge or artistic ability needed.

Friday 27th June 6:30-8:30pm
Breathing into the Dreamspace: Breathwork and Yoga Nidra
A journey through soft embodied movement, Conscious Connected Breathwork and Yoga Nidra. We’ll explore using breath to access the liminal space where dreams and insights arise, where you connect with your intuition and creativity. We then move into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice, to integrate and deeply rest. No experience needed, just openness and curiosity.

Sunday 31st August 2-5pm
