Inner Harmony - Sound and Wellness Journey
Inner Harmony is a transformative 2-hour wellness journey designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. This immersive experience combines sound healing, facial massage, breathwork, and guided relaxation to promote holistic well-being.
Your welcoming hosts are Jennie and Maggie, their combined strengths are curated to bring a morning of bliss through the power of sound, breath and touch.

Winter Solstice Restorative Yoga
Join Olivia for a slow and introspective restorative yoga practice in the lovely log-fire heated yurt. You are then invited to enjoy a bowl of warming winter soup around a campfire and maybe treat yourself to a toasted marshmallow or two.

A six session over six months in-person circle for women who hold space, lead, care or create — and sense a shift is calling. Rooted in somatic, systemic and soulful practice, this journey invites you to release outdated patriarchal leadership patterns and return to depth, clarity and inner truth.

Spring Equinox Yoga Day Retreat
A mindful somatic practice ending in grounding restorative poses in the lovely log-fire heated yurt at the heart of the South Downs. After a light lunch, you are invited to reinvigorate yourself in the sauna or get cosy around a campfire. We will close the afternoon with a gentle sound bath back in the yurt.
