The Yogic Toolbox: Heart of Yoga - Philosophy in Motion #2
A three-part series designed to help you explore the roots of yoga, refine your movement, and build a practice that works for you beyond the class setting.​ Through movement, stillness, journaling, and discussion, we’ll explore the 8-limbed path of yoga as outlined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and how these ancient teachings can serve as a map for modern living.

Full Moon Women's Circle | SUPERMOON Extended Special
Each month, under the glow of the full moon, we gather in a sacred women’s circle. A space for reflection, deep listening, and shared wisdom. SUPERMOON Extended Special - Joined by Connie for an hour of Kirtan.
Through meditation, we ground ourselves in the present, honouring our journeys while holding space for one another’s stories. As we set intentions, we align with the moon’s energy, embracing clarity, release, and transformation.

Half Day Yoga Retreat
Time to move, ease into how the body feels, enjoy time on the mat in the beautiful, spacious yurt with time out in nature. A perfect venue, amazing views, delicious organic seasonal snacks & teas, and closing with a wholesome Ayurvedic lunch in the nest.

Yoga Day Retreat

A Wild Ambition Workshop

This nourishing Sunday morning workshop is a curated blend of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and a Sound Bath — three potent and complementary practices designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect you with a sense of inner peace.

Join us for an afternoon of self-care, all focused on nourishing your gut! This 3-hour workshop combines gentle yoga, breathwork, nutrition insights, mindful eating, and lifestyle tips to support your digestion and wellbeing through winter. Tasha, a gut health Dietitian and yoga teacher, will share her expertise, exploring the gut–brain connection, stress, sleep, and movement.

Saturday 13th December 1-4pm
Winter Solstice Restorative Yoga
Join Olivia for a slow and introspective restorative yoga practice in the lovely log-fire heated yurt. You are then invited to enjoy a bowl of warming winter soup around a campfire and maybe treat yourself to a toasted marshmallow or two.
