Yoga and Sound Bath

Ashley (Lotus Lessons), and Belinda (Helix Healings), are collaborating on a series of monthly yoga with sound bath sessions to take you on a journey through the Seven Chakras and Five Elements using both yoga and sound. 

The series of classes will support you to connect with and rebalance the Chakra Systems, as well as our connection to the Elements.

Menopause Workshop

This is an educational & practical half day workshop for Women experiencing symptoms of anxiety, overwhelm, brain fog and insomnia caused by the hormone imbalances we experienced during menopause.

Mary has created this workshop to help support Women through the different stages of menopause providing community and support from each other while learning tools via movement, breath work and mindfulness to help empower you during this sometimes unsettling time of our lives.
